Refund policy doesn't meat customer best interest

I bought a toaster. I should have arrived one day after the purchase. It didn't arrived. I contacted the seller, who did not help me. I have waited 11 days, and still no signs of the product. I contacted bol customer service, and they tell me I have to wait for the product to appear somewhere for me to have the money back. Meanwhile I think that they could do that to several people, collect a certain amount of money and invest it o something like that. I would like to have my money guarded. For example, there's an online market in latinamerica that protects your money until you have the purchase. If there's any problem they return the money inmediatly. So, as a customer of bol, I'm really disappinted and I would use another online market for my future purcheses.
