Disgusting service. Registered a business account, made two successful purchases but the last one showed Bol's real face. Product advertised as available to be delivered the next day. Paid for the product but got told over 3 consecutive days that item is delayed and will be shipped the next day. Customer service is unhelpful, just repeating what you can read in your account. Was told on Thursday that product will be shipped next day or they will offer a solution. On Friday that solution was to wait or cancel. What an embarrassing company. Still waiting for the cancellation to be accepted so I can get my money. I deleted my business account and will continue to use Amazon Germany. Never again
