bol.com read my comment first ! I had a complaint and wrote to bol.com but bol.com didn't reply to my email and therefore I decided to write a review on Trustpilot. I keep getting an automated reply from bol.com stating that they have contacted me but they don't even reply to my email. Are they reading these reviews ?
