a complete joke

a complete joke, useless client service and website. I am returning an item, got the label, etc...the website tells me my address does not exist so it can't find a place where I should return the item to.I contact the chat room, kept waiting for 15 minutes, 3 different people came on line and immediately disappeared again... I used Amazon in the UK, they are in a different league. BOL are clearly incapable of handling even simple matters. I have learned my lesson
