Shameful customer service

I ordered on bol.com a pack of 200 diapers. The day after, I received 60. Ever since, I am contacting them and the third party who filled the order (Hermie), but they both just keep blaming each other and say they can't do anything. No one is willing to send me the remaining diapers or to refund me. On top of this, the people in bol.com's chat are extremely unhelpful, borderline rude, and when they see that you have a point, they just stop replying until you are transferred to another person, who has to start all over again. This happened to me several times. It seems they are doing everything to stall and run me out of energy until I give up.EDIT: They did contact me back, after almost a week, to tell me something about me ordering 600 diapers, which was wrong, and otherwise the rest was a copy paste of everything I got before. They offer me a 10 euros voucher while they stole over 30 euros from me. I called them, there is no way to escalate, no way to do anything. Shameful!
