Had an urgent order that was supposed to be delivered today. I was WFH waiting for the package, only to get the message from PostNL "sorry, we missed you today". Now I am supposed to walk 25-30 minutes in the middle of the Ciaran storm to get my package which I need today. I contacted bol.com (not their fault), they are very sorry but there is nothing they can do. Also, they don't receive feedback from PostNL if they submit complaints. So I politely asked them if they were willing to compensate me for this inconvenience since it is not my fault, and on top of that I have been a very loyal customer that has spent thousands over the last 4 years and didn't cause any issues, even when orders were delayed or not delivered. The answer was no. They don't care. Extremely disappointing. All I can do is post my review, choose a different provider from now on, and life goes on. The order number is 4024762958
