This is the worst service i have had in 12 years I have been in Belgium. I guess that is why amazon is taking over in Belgium. I will voice my concerns in every avenue available to me. If i can stop even one person from using you on every resource i have to share my concerns the happier i eill be. You lost me as a customer. While i may not be a big customer i was one. Any others i can stop. Will hopefully make others not purchase from you and maybe persuade them to post their negative service snd feelings as well. It only takes one to help the reality to grow. Worst service everThe problem is. They already know my dispute. From discussion and messages with customer service. So to ask more personal information is an invading me personal. They can view the emails and calls from their records.
