horrible repair service and missing return

put my earphones for a repairment. It showed the shipping was free at first then charged me more than 15 euros. On top of that, I had to pay more than 50 for just checking the earphones. Only afterwards, I was told the warranty could not cover the repair. I decided to have it returned instead and received an email saying it would be delivered on 27th March 2024. Now almost a week has passed and I had to contact customer service, who could not provide a tracking number and told me to wait for two more days for a reply. What a mess. My earphones were only 249 euros when I bought them and I paid 70 euros to bol for nothing plus my earphones now disappearing.Update: they compensated me at the original price for the lost item. However, a few days later, the item seemed to be found again and I received new repair updates and asked me to decide whether I wanted it back repaired or unrepaired, together with the corresponding price. When I asked the customer service, I was told to ignore the message and that my item was lost for good. Everything is so confusing and I can only console myself that I sold my old earphones as a second-hand to bol with 72% original price.
