I do not order often with bol.com and didn't know they have the option of a 'later payment.' You order an item on their website, receive it, and pay later. Great! I ordered and believed I had paid for it, but that was not true. Afterward, they sent me three emails to remind me about the missed payment, adding an extra cost every time. As I missed all their emails, they shared my data, name, and telephone number with a recovery agency. The agency called me asking for more personal data (I believed it was a phishing call), refusing to provide details about who opened the dossier against me. I received an extra invoice from them a few weeks later. All communication, by email and post, was only in Dutch, and I did not speak it. They did all of that for 9 euros. They are ridiculous.
