Couple of days ago I ordered Samsung SmartWatch 6 classic for my dad's birthday as a present. I waited for the gift 2 days to arrive with DHL. When it finally arrived - I received a completely damaged package (it was barbarically openned and then closed back with couple of staples). I became very worried and my worries came out true - the SmartWatch that I have ordered were stolen from the package!! They were not inside. The customer service employee of Bol is sooooo evasive and soooo unhelpful that I feel extremely unprotected and unsecure. After exchanging couple of messages the customer support employee started to ignore me and just left the chat.NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT BOL.COM - absolute scam, Especially if its something valuable. Worrst service ever, worst customer support ever, worst experience ever. I wanted to support local brand, but f* that, I'll buy only on amazon or somewhere else, but never bol again.
