I bought Philips robot vacuum…

I bought Philips robot vacuum cleaner,and after two month the side brush stopped rotating .I made a reparation report with Bol.com and sent it .After one month I received my article unrepaired.The client service is very bad They want to make reparation again to hide it for one extra month.I will not give up until I get my money back.Update:I received a new vacuum from Bol.com ,after contacting the customer service by telephone ,my problem was solved .I sent it back so please hopefully you will check the old item and see that the reparation team didn’t do anything.But anyway it is good that my problem is solved.
