Do not forget your password as the reset email might never arrive. If it does, you might be able to change your password after going through 'robot' security several times, only for the system not to recognize your new password when logging in. Customer service is a mess, as they have now not been able to help me even after a week. They have emailed me because of this review, with general information and absolutely not an actual reply to described situation.
