I reached out to their sales team numerous times. The first time I received a response asking how many users were in my company. When I told them 23 they stopped replying. I was looking to switch us over from LastPass and it was evident that we weren't a large enough client for them to even get a response. We then contacted a competitor, received a reply within two hours, and had three calls with them to answer our questions and help us transition over. Beyond disappointed by their treatment.
