Enough is enough.I've been working with Bing Ads for years. Following are the adventures of the past days:1. Impressions are very low at this point2. Wanted to change the URL for all ads => only possible one by one3. Tried it one by one => now before up and running ads couldn't be submitted without entering a second title! MANDATORY!4. Everything changed. All ads accepted. ONE declined. By the way: another one with same words but other word order accepted5. Next day another 2 declined. Completely different. Not same wording.6. No reply in regards to the exception request7. Next day again 2 declined8. Today ALL declined. Still no reply regarding exception requests. NOT ONE! Not even the first one, that was sent days ago!9. Trying to find out what the errors mean, is a guessing game. More guessing than finding out.10. Requesting exceptions again has to be one by one. But even worse: not a pop up. The request dialog is on top of the page, so you have to scroll down to the ads every single time.11. Tried to contact support via Chat. Working hours 09:00 to 18:00. 17:48 => Chat Support not available12. Tried to contact via Email => link/page not working13. Tried the imprint => no email address14. Tried to leave a feedback, landed on the Microsoft support page => The usual "what is your problem, does this solve it". Plus, Bing Ads is not a supported product on the Mircosoft site. So, contact for the reason of the problem not possible.15. Try to copy and paste ads => Error16. You need to create a new ad group. => Empty ad groups without ads and keywords not possible17. Only option: deleting all old ads with old URL. If you need them again, you have to create them from scratch again. Paused them? Who cares? 2 URLs => all ads declined! No support! THE END!You neither chose how YOU organize your ad groups. Nor is there any support or user-friendliness. Everything has to be done one by one and from scratch. And there are always mandatory fields and you have to enter EVERYTHING. AS TEDIOUS AS IT GETS! And that for like 100 impressions per day. If that. Total spend in like a week 50 cents. Set budget: 5 bucks per day. After like 5 days whole campaign standing still. Reason? NONE! Funny thing: the wrong (meaning not existing anymore!) URL was no reason to stop the campaign. But the paused wrong URL in the same ad group is reason enough to stop active correct ads?!?!?!?!ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Obviously, Bing/Microsoft has never heard of USER-FRIENDLINESS. I'm sitting in front of my computer. And the only way to contact someone is to go and get my phone, ANOTHER DEVICE, and call ... because neither Chat nor Email support are available. Unlike according options, which are available but not working. As if the problems for just changing the URLs are not enough, you have to drop everything and abandon your work. There is an ad campaign standing still for days. You are damaging not only my business, but also your own!!! Bing/Microsoft, you can't be serious about this!
