I joined Microsoft rewards months ago and spent countless hours earning points towards the $5 Amazon giftcard. Only when I got the required number of points and went to redeem my reward, Microsoft rewards had took away the $5 Amazon giftcard and changed my goal without my knowledge, so I was sent the wrong giftcard. Microsoft support refused to exchange my giftcard and basically told me I was screwed, yet they expect me to continue using such a horrible rewards program. Microsoft rewards is a total scam. You collect the number of points needed for the giftcard you want only to have Microsoft change your reward redemption for you then refuse to fix it. I do NOT recommend anyone join Microsoft rewards unless you want to get screwed over by them too.
