If I could leave a 0-star review I would. I was the victim of a clear scam through Binance's P2P platform and Binance sided with the scammer at the end of a very stressful week, the scammer, a man by the name of Federico Gorga (known for dubious digital behaviour), was able to exploit weaknesses in their security. Rather than owing to the weakness in their security protocols, they sided with a clear case of fraud. I am currently looing for alternative platforms to Binance and would recommend to anyone else that they do the same. The order was order 22664671047160545280, the seller, provided a misleading binance handle from which he provided bank details. Once I performed the transfer the seller claimed I had not spoken to him on his correct TG channel. Binance support insisted that I did no intearact with the seller on TG however they have not shown any proof that this person was not the seller. They concluded their investigation on assumptions alone.
