The only thing I like is that they have a Customer Support chat where they answer.But regarding the service and the site, the UX is horrible and confusing if you are new to it. I feel like it was very easy and quick to deposit money but when I want to withdraw the process is suddenly very complicated. You have to do this and that, visit a bunch of pages. Error messages occur. Then you need to pay money to get your money. I personally will never touch this site again if I ever get my money out.
