Despite promoting their support chat as a way to resolve issues, the chat system does not work—you are sent in circles, forced to deal with automated responses, and ultimately pushed to upload sensitive financial videos on their P2P public chat (OpenPlatform) where anyone—including the party you’re in dispute with—can see your banking data, transaction history, phone number, and potentially even passwords or PINs.If you try to redact this information for your own safety, Binance won’t accept it. They’re forcing users into a dangerous choice: expose your personal financial data, or lose your money. This is not just unethical—it’s reckless and, in my view, violates basic data protection principles.Other users on Trustpilot have flagged the same problem: the support chat is broken, and Binance refuses to engage through any proper or secure channels. If Binance sees this review, here is what I want from you:Offer an official, private, and secure way for affected users to reach a real human representative and resolve these issues. So far, you are failing at this, and these reviews are proof that the system is broken.As it stands now, Binance is enabling abuse and privacy violations, and if this continues, more people will get hurt. Fix your platform. Fix your support. And stop demanding that your users put themselves at risk just to access what is rightfully theirs.
