I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment I received during the verification process. Despite my English not being at the highest level, I believe that the manner in which I was treated was inappropriate and disrespectful. The individual I interacted with displayed a clear attitude of contempt and, in some instances, the behavior could even be seen as borderline discriminatory.I find this conduct unacceptable and upsetting. It’s disheartening to be treated this way, especially in a professional context. As a result, I have decided to completely withdraw from using Binance and will no longer consider any of the cryptocurrency services that you offer.This situation has left me feeling both embarrassed and hurt, and I am sincerely disappointed by the lack of respect shown to me during the process. I will not be continuing any association with Binance.
