A crook tried to compromise my Binance account. Binance texted me. The Binance employee I nicknamed "That's Completely Fine" (as he said that well over 30 times) was a childish, totally unprofessional, and only-half-there gamer who played a video game the whole time I tried to talk to him! NO KIDDING!! The child had a bad headset that made it almost impossible to communicate with him as he cutout so often. I told him that and he never changed it. I would ask questions and sometimes he would affirm what turned out to be totally wrong. It was one of the most frustrating "customer service" experiences of my life. He too got frustrated and eventually kept hanging up on me! REALLY!! How can you effectively deal with someone with defective communication equipment and whose main attention is directed at a video game? YOU CAN'T! My crypto is heading to another exchange this week. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
