No help from support, just going around in circles and throwing you from one useless guide to the other (all of whom does not provide enough info to help in any way) You can pay with a mastercard (of course) but you can NOT withdraw to it... The bank transfer (SEPA) does not work. So I guess if you have a visa card, it works? Keep away
