If they cannot organise themselves properly how can we trust them to manage our accounts?I am familiar with AML requirements because I used to advise companies on AML, but my new client procedure was bizarre. After a protracted 'interview' in which numerous documents were asked for, many of which were not necessary, they finally opened my account..... but spelt my name wrong. Honestly, how can they be taken seriously!Next, I bought some Bitcoin using my bank debit card. The second attempt worked. Next I tried to by some Ethereum on the same card...... oh no! Failed! It was deemed suspicious, not by my bank but by them. Now it is stuck in an 'appeal' process in which I have to send a photo holding my ID and more documents from by bank and 'credit card'.... but I don't have a credit card!!!!!I smell something is not right.UPDATE:Binance responded by asking for details of my transaction and said to click the link to respond....... but no link.
