Very clean,comfortable spacious room. Matthew leads a great team; of special note are Filamina (confident and experienced) and Cherelle (positive and enthusiastic). Breakfast was fantastic, all good quality produce well cooked and nicely presented buffet style. Staff in the bar and restaurant in the evening were very helpful and attentive. I loved that every time I said thank you to any member of staff the response was "you're welcome" and I mean every time and every person. Not once did I hear "no problem". The whole hotel had a nice ambiance. A lovely place to be whether on business or holiday. A very handy location for Birmingham and Coventry, with lovely countryside and villages nearby.
