West Lebanon NH is horrible. I read all the reviews prior to booking giving the place the benefit of the doubt. But every single bad item I read on the reviews happened to me. I arrived at 3 my room was not ready. Not ready for 1-2 hours. Requested first floor - no first floor. Outdoor pool - told no restrictions - but has restrictions. Lady at front desk horrible customer service.
