You can count on Lawrence and Michael to get a handle on a bad situation and like the gates to heaven opened up, I was more than pleased with the accommodations and the excellent customer service. Thanks to the both of you(Michael and Lawrence) and Best Western Plus on Sandalwood in El cajon, CA. I will highly recommend this Hotel to everyone.
