DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTELWe just received the worst customer service at this hotel. When we arrived at the room we noticed the sink faucet was running and reported it to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. After a few minutes when we tried take a shower, the water was not only cold, but there was no way of shutting it off. The shower was broken- the water would not turn off. (See photos) We reported this as well and asked again to be moved to another room. We were shocked by the unprofessional and rude response of the receptionist (yadira?) who repeatedly told us that the only option was for us to sleep in that room or find another hotel. The housekeeper who also noticed the challenges did not seem concerned either. When we asked to speak with the manager, the receptionist’s response was that she had called him, he had not answered, and she could not do anything about it. We had no choice but to leave. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service, lack of response or care, and total disregard for our needs. We were lucky to find a better room with a balcony at the same price at the Quality Inn across the street whose receptionist was very friendly and professional.
