Best Western Willingen, has stolen 1000 Eur from our bank account for no reason.Do not trust this Hotel!We have paid for the booking, yet we have no hotel room? I have tried to contact them, and sent almost 25 emails, but they will not help my familiy and I and we feel they have stolen money from us!There has been absolutely no "good-will" from their office to help me and my children out.
