A complete disaster from start to finish.From the first agent who took an hour to process my order even though I gave her all the part numbers and then messed it up to the second agent who forgot to place an order so my delivery got delayed another week. Then the people that came didn't disconnect properly so when my washer/drier was delivered they couldn't hook it up.The worst part of all is:They Don't Give A Hoot!!They are a complete disaster.
