Fix the system for pickup person contact information

Bestbuy needs to fix their system. My orders are being cancelled because they ask for the pick up person contact information which is different to me. They send the pick up person contact information to my credit card company instead of mine and the credit card company denies the payment. Fourth time it had happened. I complained since the summer yet it happened again today. They don't even inform you that the order has been canceled. Very poor customer service.
