Well, they shipped out my order like 8 days after it was ordered. UPS lost the package. Currently appears that Best Buy has siphoned their customer service to a small hut full of people in India and this India is not too helpful. Third time calling them for the same issue. The clock is ticking to Christmas and we're stuck without a present to give. Best Buy evidently does not love America, only it's money.
