Geek Squad Installation

We ordered a TV from Best Buy during their Black Friday sale. It came with free installation. Here are our issues:-We scheduled the installation for 12/16. My husband took off work and waited for them to come. He received text messages confirming the 12/16 appointment with an arrival time window of 11am-3pm. On 12/16 at 4:30PM my husband called and the gentlemen said he called the installation team and they were coming to the house to install next and they would be here by 4:30pm (flat out LIED to him!). They never showed. BTW - no texts or phone calls about them being late or not being able to make it!-My husband called on 12/17 and was told that the appointment could not be rescheduled for 24 hours after their no show appointment! -He called back to reschedule the appointment on 12/18. The gentleman put him on hold to check on the appointments and hung up on him after 34 mins on the phone. Of course the guy didn't call him back.-We immediately went to the Sarasota Best Buy on (Cattleman Rd at UTC) and spoke to the manager (Bruno), who was excellent. But, of course he was going to do anything to appease us. He assured me he took notes of everything and put it in the computer and said someone from Best Buy would reach out to us. Guess what - not a word! Shocker. Rescheduled the appointment for 12/28 at the store and we received the confirmation in the store and via text message.-12/19&20 we received 4 text messages to reschedule our appointment!! I'm thinking WTH is going on here. We log into our Best Buy account and reschedule for 12/23. Well they actually show up with the TV but no one to install it! They said they just deliver and don't do install. -They never showed on 12/28. No e-mail no text, nothing.-On 12/27 we receive a text saying they are coming on 12/30. -We never heard anything else, so I called Best Buy on 12/30 at 1PM (2X after they hung up on me the first time!). They said they could not see an appointment and rescheduled us for this coming Saturday 1/4. I asked what we should do if they do not come. He said there was no way to escalate it and there was nothing else he could do (blatant LIE #2). If Best Buy is using a third party installer, it means nothing to me. They hired the installers! We would like the TV installed ASAP. We had the entire holiday without the TV and would like nothing other than professional customer service that follows up on companies they have hired to complete their work. If the third party company is unreliable, Best Buy must follow through and make this situation right. We have been longstanding customers with Best Buy. If this is not fixed, we will never buy anything from them again. We've wasted no less than 10 hours of my time trying to get the TV delivered and installed. I will be following up with Yelp, BBB, and any other thing I possibly can. Best Buy this is 100% unacceptable. BTW they've had our money for the TV since 11/29 and I have a TV sitting in a box in my living room! Please HELP!! Buyer Beware!!!!!
