I cannot express how much I despise…

I cannot express how much I despise Best Buy for oh so many reasons. I get mailed statements. Except half the time they do not mail it, so if I do not get a bill, I do not pay it, so then I get a late fee, that takes a month to get removed. I subscribed and paid the fee for the geek squad to get free repairs etc. Except when I bring my desktop in and it needs new parts they tell me that CD player/recorders are not a think anymore and motherboards and drives do not support them anymore. So I let it expire, then I find out shopping that oh yes, they do indeed have CD players/recorders still and yep I can get parts. And I had brought in a power cord on a laptop that I bought from them that within a few months of buying, the rubber at where the neck is to connect to the computer broke which means the wires are unprotected. All they could do is offer to sell me some off brand power source that was rather expensive, not a Dell, and oh yeah we do not even have the one you need in stock. Totally worthless geek squad if you do not even know that CD players are still being sold and yes computer parts that support them. Meanwhile I was waiting on my final bill to pay off the credit card, but they have decided nope, they want to not send it then charge me a late fee and do collection calls to me since its late.....because once again you did not send me my bill. I will absolutely never use this card again after the hassle I have been through more times than this, and find an actual computer repair person who has some sense and knows how to get parts to repair my computers.....you could have googled it, just saying since thats what I eventually did.
