Frustrating Online Pickup Experience at BestBuyI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with BestBuy's online pickup service. I ordered a Mac Mini PC for one-hour pickup and received a confirmation email. After waiting for an hour without any further notification, I went to the store to find out what was going on. To my dismay, I discovered that my order had been canceled without any notification because they "couldn't find the item."The situation worsened when, after canceling my order, they suddenly found the Mac Mini. Instead of simply handing me the item I had already purchased, the manager, Cush, claimed he couldn't push the order through. The only solution he offered was to wait 3-5 days for a refund and repurchase the item—leaving me out $1,200 in the meantime.There was no compensation offered, and there was no real effort to rectify the situation. Overall, it was an incredibly inconvenient and frustrating experience.
