Best Buy Sucks in more ways than one!

After fourteen months, my clothes washer (GE Fresh Scent washer and dryer) failed. Best Buy would not stand behind the product they sold. In handling the repair myself for $350 (repair tech said $1000), I found out that the Best Buy installation tech’s installed the hot / cold water connections wrong. They must have been color blind, didn’t understand red and blue, or really didn’t care. Go purchase things from Costco.
