Terrible company to deal with. Nobody in the stores want to actually help you as a customer. all employees are usually hiding in the back. You have to request at the front desk to speak to someone because they can't keep track of their employees let alone have any decent customer service. They are trying to run the place like a McDonalds, hire minimum wage employees to sell $1,000+ equipment. If you try to contact a person over the phone they have made sure to put 50 robots in the way of doing so to discourage you so. When I finally did reach someone, they couldn't speak English and told me they can't help and hung up on me.
