Be aware pass along to all your family members and friends I have having an issue with my phone l call bestbuy.com and they specifically told me to bring it to the store you get your first 20 minutes for free they are supposed to do trouble shooting and try to fix what your issue is if they can not within 20 minutes then they charge you however l was told they automatically charged you $ 45 if they can not fix your problem you lose your money. l specifically asked for a manager. l told him that best buy com told me you get the first 20 minutes for free. l was told you get not thing for free pass this to your friends and your family members they will not do trouble shooting like they are supposed to do free will for the phone's as l know they may do this for everything .pass this to your friends and family members if they can not fix what the issue you will lose 45$ if they can not fix your problem
