Best Buy – Worst Customer Experience Ever! (1/5)

I ordered a brand new laptop with "guaranteed 2-day delivery" – it took TWO WEEKS to arrive! When I finally got it, the box was dented and they sent me last year's model instead.The return process was a nightmare:Made me jump through hoops with THREE "inspections"Demanded I "prove" it was the wrong modelOnly refunded my money after I threatened to report them to the BBBStore staff couldn't care less – acted like I was bothering them just for asking about MY PRE-PAID ORDER. Never wasting my time or money here again. Amazon and Micro Center don't pull this garbage.Save yourself the headache – shop elsewhere!
