Worst customer service experience I have ever had with a General Manager of an major organization like Best Buy ever!!!!!!! On 04/18/2025 after returning 3 times to Best Buy located at Bldg 420 217 Independence Blvd Virginia Beach, Va, 23462 I attempted to explain all the problems I was having with his service department correcting installations and repairing damages to my car. Not only was he very dismissive, rude, and unprofessional he "( Tim )" he was very unbecoming as someone in that leadership " ( Role )" as someone in a General Manager position. Unfit for that position in my opinion. "( Tim )" escalated the situation by not listening to my complaint while spewing his arrogance verbiage, ie, him not being "( DUMB )" and not willing to hear my complaint in full. Best Buy needs to deal with his Behavior quickly because they have lost my business!!!!
