Thank God Bath Bed and Beyond have still not outsourced or at least curb it. My experiences with customer service have been great and they have understood and resolved ordering issues. Stores really need to realize that American customers are unique in what they expect. K have stopped ordering from multiple stores due to rudeness, un comprehension and refusal off outsourced representatives to understand that I am entitled to to good shopping experience as well as to speak to supervisors. Bed Bath and Beyond Representative resolved my issue without making it a one hour back and force saga of misunderstanding. I DO hope they stop getting involved in politics and start carrying “ My Pillow” those are the only pillows we want and use. Thank you!
