I am writing this review to warn all Canadians do not, I repeat do not order from BBB dot ca. Every review here is true. It is my experience too. The shipping delays, the lack of communication, the damaged product, and then not being able to return it! A table with a large gouge and scratches and I can not return it? The non responsiveness to any emails you might send. If you do need to call them, find the Canadian number buried on the contact us page. Otherwise the other people won't help you. Just don't put yourself through the stress. Even if the prices and pictures look good. It is not worth the stress and won't be what you think you are ordering. Save yourselves. I know we don't have as many options in CDN as the US but honestly anything is better than BBB.
