Will never order from or recommend this place again. Ordered item, never received email and had to keep checking website for updates. Tried to cancel it before it even shipped because I had a bad feeling, was told I couldn't. Husband called and was told when item arrived we could return free of charge. 3 weeks later the item arrived (bed sheets, not a large or difficult item) after being delayed multiple times. Item was trash quality and looked nothing like the photos. Tried to refund and they are now contradicting themselves saying we have to pay to return. Eff this place, trash quality and trash customer service. I hope it goes under.
