I registered for 3 month subscription to BBC Good food but didn't cancel as I had not received notification of renewal. They took £22.50 from my account without prior notification. I understand the Direct Debit Guarantee states a customer should be notified prior to a change and as the DD was increased without prior notification I should have been informed.I have emailed several times but haven't had a response.I will now contact my bank for a refund.
