I’ve always used the BBC news app but this new version is dreadful, both in appearance and functionality. It was easy before to get to your chosen topics in ‘my news’ - now it’s a megascroll and I just can’t be bothered with that. There’s also far too much space for the main article on the home page so you can’t immediately get a feel for what’s going on. The background is also too white and boring. An awful refresh frankly and so disappointing. I’m off to Sky reluctantly.
