The BBC app freezes, about 50% of the days I watch it. All other apps work fine, trouble shooting suggestions have been tried so it's not my connection. There are only a few programmes I watch on the BBC, most of the news is untrustworthy, one sided and incorrect. I resent being forced to pay for a bad service, money that has been used to fund non-disclosure threats that have hushed such subjects as child abuse within the BBC. Other forced non-disclosure agreements including sexual harassment have cost license fee payers a heap of money. Essentially I'm paying for them to hush up abuse. My ill, disabled, elderly mother pays for this despite NEVER watching the BBC. They pay large sums to overpaid male presenters I can't stand watching, such as Chris Evens, while the female presenters are paid far less and yet i prefer to watch themThe sooner they get rid of the BBC forced license fees, the better.
