I received and saved a Court Order, requiring the BBC to settle with me, that is, they flouted a small claims process and are ordered to pay me compensation. Unlike their behaviour via TV Licensing, I haven't screamed, shouted and sent awful letters; I stuck to the facts. But ... they won't pay. THEY won't pay.
