Network communication is awful. My condo association got stuck in a 7YEAR!!! contract and their service is awful! I get constant complaints from my renters because the service is down or freezes up! Totally unprofessional and when you are able to get in touch with anyone ( which is seldom) slow to respond. How this company is legally getting away with this kind of service is beyond comprehension.
