The BBB is a useless and misinformative website. The BBB rating system is a complete scam. They basically make businesses pay for a good rating. Businesses get listed on the BBB website whether the business wants it listed or not, which results in consumer complaints going unresolved because the business didn't even know a complaint was filed on the BBB. This results in low ratings (F-ratings) that the BBB uses to extort money from the business by forcing the business to pay the BBB for a high rating (A- or better rating). In turn, consumers/customers are also being scammed into thinking a business is good, reputable, and legit because it has an A-rating. BBB has ZERO validity and cannot be trusted.
