My credit card expired, but it was impossible to change it in my account. It says that the change is accepted, but it keeps going back to the old one. So I lost my subscription. When I wanted to buy it again, the payment process couldn't finish. Than I have bought it through PayPal, but AVG automatically created a new account for me, with the e-mail that I used for opening PayPal but do't have access to any more. And they sent the activation link to that e-mail. When I tried to resolve the issue, I only get to virtual assistent who doesn't understand anything, and the phone number listed on the page is 'not in use'. So I payed for virus protection that I can't access and no one cares to resolve my problem
