I think they are doing a very good job keeping my computer clean. I really wish they would have a "one-product-fixes-all" as it gets confusing with all the chargesfor so many different products. Now I have a duplicate product and am trying to get feed-back and/or a refund for the extra one I am paying for not using. I did write a letter and tried their refund center and was l3ft wondering...s0 very good but not perfect!
