In 2012 the IT gentleman at the school I worked for recommended Avast as my firewall. It is now 2025 and I have never had a breech, info stolen, or been compromised across multiple devices in multiple work environments. Since the original free version I acquired I have added different levels of security due to the advancement of technology and the types of threats. I would, no I am recommending Avast as your best tech defense.
